Face Value Podcast
After nearly a year, the Appraisal Institute is thrilled to relaunch its popular podcast, Face Value, hosted by Warren Boizot and Tonia Vailas. The revamped show boasts a fresh look and sharp sound in both video and audio formats while maintaining Boizot and Vailas' lively banter from the first two seasons.
In the brief first episode of season 3, we catch up with Boizot and Vailas, who share their adventures as Airbnb hosts and preview upcoming episodes. Topics will range from significant industry changes, like the NAR settlement, to lighter, debatable subjects like the value of artificial grass.
