Course Description
Artificial intelligence is no longer a tool of the future. It is available today, it is affordable, and it is
transforming the way appraisers work. This two-hour introductory course is designed for real estate
appraisers who are new to AI or who have only experimented with it in passing. No technical
background is required.
Rather than focusing on the mechanics of how AI works, this course goes straight to what matters: how
a real estate appraiser can use AI tools right now to write better, research faster, communicate more
professionally, and run a smarter appraisal business. Participants will be introduced to the leading AI
platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Peplexity with a focus on practical, hands-on
applications.
This course is the first in a two-part series. Upon completion, participants will have a working foundation
to continue building their AI skills in the companion Intermediate course.
