Program Hours and Materials
Online check-in will begin at 8:00am on Monday, May 11. Instruction will run from 8:30am – 4:30pm (Pacific Time) and will be conducted using ZOOM as the interactive learning platform. There is no exam associated with this offering.
Beginning 4 weeks prior to the offering, all students will have access to the downloadable course materials. If you would like hardcopy (printed) materials sent to you in advance, both a print fee of $25 (subject to change) and a shipping fee (TBD) apply. Education Credit Hours and Attendance Verifications

Appraisal Institute: Full attendance (100%) enables Designated Members and Practicing Affiliates to receive 35 AI CEC points.
BREA Continuing: Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and the Metaverse: Implications for Valuation has been approved by the BREA (#23CP754601551) for 7-hours of CEC. Licensed/certified appraisers seeking BREA CEC must meet the 100% attendance requirement.
BREA Basic/Qualifying: Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and the Metaverse: Implications for Valuation is not approved for BREA qualifying education (QE) credit.
