Key Requirements:
5+ years of commercial real estate appraisal review experience within a bank (required)
State Certified General Appraiser in at least one of the following States is required: (NY, NJ, PA, DE, or MD)
Experience reviewing diverse property types (multifamily, office, industrial, special use)
Strong knowledge of FIRREA and USPAP
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (preferred)
MAI designation (a plus)
Skills:
CRE valuation and appraisal review expertise
Strong analytical and risk assessment abilities
Excellent communication and judgment
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience, credentials, and location)
