Real Estate Compliance division within the Office of Law

Baltimore County is currently recruiting for a Review Appraiser and a Senior Review Appraiser to support the Real Estate Compliance division within the Office of Law.  Please note the compensation has been upgraded for both of these positions. • Review Appraiser: 35 hours a week. Required qualifications: bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in real property appraisal (subject to education and qualifying experience). Salary range: $60,729 - $69,269.
• Senior Review Appraiser: 35 hours a week. Required qualifications: bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in real property appraisal (subject to education and qualifying experience). Salary range: $66,390 - $75,826.
