This office does appraisals, but also acquisition, syndication, development/re-development as well as management of our existing real estate portfolio. Owner plans to shift more time towards acquisition/development and is looking for someone to take on appraisal and internal-review work. Applicant must detail oriented, positive, and self-motivated but most importantly must care about doing good work. Opportunity for expert witness work is available if applicant is interested. Full time or nearly full time but hours are flexible and some remote work is fine; though we have a cool, dog-friendly office in Carlsbad.
