Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Appraiser located in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. The Senior Appraiser will be responsible for conducting detailed property evaluations, performing market research, preparing appraisal reports, and providing expert opinions on real estate assets. The role also involves working closely with clients, managing multiple appraisal assignments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Valuation, Property Appraisal, and Real Estate Market Analysis
- Strong Analytical, Research, and Report Writing skills
- Expertise in Property Evaluation and Financial Modeling
- Knowledge of Local Market Trends and Regulatory Requirements
- Effective Communication and Client Relationship Management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently
- Certified General Appraiser License is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in commercial real estate appraisal is strongly preferred
