Role Description

This is a commercial appraisal full-time, on-site role for a Certified General Appraiser located in Pittsburgh, PA. The appraiser will conduct property inspections, analyze market trends, prepare comprehensive appraisal reports, and provide accurate property valuations for commercial real estate assets. The appraiser will ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while collaborating with clients and internal teams to address appraisal needs. Strong analytical and research skills will be essential for success in the position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal and Appraisal techniques
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Valuation processes
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and property data
• Knowledge of local markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in Pennsylvania is required
• Attention to detail with the ability to provide accurate and timely reports
• Proficiency in vairous appraisal software and tools is preferred
