Brian was selected for his wide-ranging service to the Appraisal Institute, the North Carolina Chapter and his community. He has held leadership roles at the chapter, regional and national levels, including serving on the AI Education and Relief Foundation Board and leading the chapter’s Commercial and Residential Real Estate Valuation Conferences. Through those conferences, he helped create sponsorships that allowed more than 60 students and trainees to attend at no cost. Brian also mentors aspiring appraisers, builds relationships with other real estate organizations and supports his community through the High Point YMCA, where his fundraising efforts have generated more than $100,000 for scholarships and mentorship programs.
