• Legislative & Regulatory Update: Gain an essential overview of the evolving legislative and regulatory environment impacting appraisers and lenders. This session highlights recent and anticipated changes at the state and federal levels, focusing on compliance, risk management, and what appraisers need to know to navigate an increasingly complex landscape.
• Roundtable on the New URAR: Join a dynamic panel discussion on the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).
