    Earn 7 Hours of CEC
    This in-person signature conference is approved for 7-hours continuing education credit by the Appraisal Institute (35 AI CEC points), applications for 7-hours of CA BREA CEC and pre-approval for BOE/SBE Training Credit (for assessors) are being submitted.

    Some states including Hawaii, Washington, Idaho and Alaska may offer reciprocal credit.  ASA, ASFMRA and IRWA generally offer reciprocal credit for Appraisal Institute offerings.  Check with your state board and/or organization(s) directly before registering.
