2026 Coastal California Conference

The Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute proudly presents the California Coastal Conference, a premier education and networking event serving appraisal professionals throughout California and beyond. Originally established in 1960, the Monterey Bay Appraisal Seminar entered a new era in 2025 with a new name and renewed vision that reflects the dynamic markets, regulatory issues, and valuation challenges facing California’s coastal communities.

Today, the California Coastal Conference builds on that legacy by delivering timely topics, high-quality continuing education, and meaningful networking opportunities for valuation professionals.

Offered in a convenient ZOOM format, the conference provides convenient access for attendees locally, statewide, and across the nation.
