Course Description
The Cape Cod Bridges Project will be the focus of this three-hour program, beginning with an overview of the project and insights from professionals involved in MassDOT’s Mega Projects Delivery, including land acquisition, relocation, property management, and right-of-way engineering. The program will also examine regional transportation planning and the project’s economic impact on Cape Cod and Massachusetts, concluding with an appraiser-led discussion of eminent domain, valuation issues, property impacts, and the short- and long-term considerations for valuation professionals.
