Join us for a dynamic, full-day conference designed to elevate, connect, and empower professionals across the real estate industry. The WIN Conference brings together nationally recognized leaders in appraisal, brokerage, development, investment, and philanthropy for meaningful dialogue on leadership, collaboration, innovation, and the evolving future of real estate.
The program features keynote presentations, expert-led instruction, an interactive real estate roundtable, and dedicated networking and professional development sessions. Attendees will gain insight into brokerage and appraisal collaboration, the mission and future of The Appraisal Foundation, community-driven development and revitalization, artificial intelligence in professional practice, and the interconnected roles that shape healthy real estate markets.

Debbie Gallimore will engage in a conversational Q&A presentation with Vanessa Hall and Kelli Mayhew covering real estate brokerage, understanding the professional path to becoming a real estate broker and how the interactions between brokers, investors and appraisers impact healthy real estate markets.

During the morning break, Linda Nelson will introduce and facilitate a network building and professional development activity to engage attendees and inject some fun into our day. Morning speakers will be available to meet with attendees and answer questions.

Kelly Davids, President of The Appraisal Foundation, will address the history of TAF and it’s evolving responsibilities, the importance of stakeholder engagement and collaboration among the real estate related professions, and how TAF is strategically focused on pushing its mission forward.

Our panelists will address the connection between leadership, collaboration and professional practice in real estate. Let by Erica Butler, the panelists will focus on the distinctions in practice between investors, developers, brokers, appraisers, and the lending community. The panel will explore how those pillars of real estate practice work together, and separately, to protect and promote public trust and impact communities.
1:30 pm | Afternoon Keynote Presentation | Megan Oglesby
Megan Oglesby will address how real estate development can build revitalization and community engagement, bolster economic stability and create new opportunities in struggling markets. Megan will delve into the history of the redevelopment of Congdon Yards in High Point, NC, and discuss how The Congdon Foundation continues to expand the positive influence of that development within the Carolina Core region of North Carolina.

During the afternoon break, Linda Nelson will introduce and facilitate a network building and professional development activity to engage attendees and inject some fun into our day. Afternoon speakers will be available to meet with attendees and answer questions.
3:00 pm | Presentation Title | Chandra Mast
Chandra Mast will present on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on real estate professionals and investors, and demonstrate how to utilize AI regularly and reliably in professional practice. Chandra will address how the use of AI has been revolutionary for real estate specifically, and why women are uniquely poised to lead its expanded implementation in real estate.
Lunch will be provided for all conference attendees. CE is pending from the NCAB.
