Course Description
This class’s goal is to enhance your Actual Intelligence using Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial Intelligence is all the buzz, and you undoubtedly have questions about how – or if – you can integrate Artificial Intelligence into your commercial real estate appraisal world. Many of the available resources on the topic of Artificial Intelligence focus on high-level overviews and ideas, lacking step-by-step tutorials to affect these promises. This class takes the approach of teaching you a few core things you need to know, followed by actual real-world examples of input and output.
Being a fan of David Letterman, this course follows a “Top 10” list of ideas for using Chat, using other AI tools, using Chat/AI to code tools for word processing and spreadsheet programs, unconventional uses of AI, and an unending list of possibilities to help you provide exhibits and analysis to elevate your appraisal development and reporting efforts.
