AI Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its Applications in Real Estate

This two-hour Fundamentals workshop introduces modern “frontier” AI and how it can be used responsibly in real estate and valuation workflows. Participants learn what these models can and can’t do, how to choose the right platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), and how to set basic personalization/privacy controls before using AI professionally. 

The session expands on prompt design fundamentals with guided practice, repeatable prompt patterns, and hands-on exercises that move from “whiz-bang” demos to reliable outputs—while staying grounded in confidentiality, transparency, and professional judgment.
