Course Description
Appraisal Litigation and Expert Witness in New York State is a one day seminar that provides a practical introduction to appraisal litigation with special emphasis on the appraiser as a witness. This course focuses on litigation issues specific to New York State, including court procedures, case law, and jurisdictional exceptions to USPAP. We will be looking at New York Case Law and property types that will be necessary to utilize a Jurisdictional Exception in New York state. We will also look at this from the prospective of what are the necessary qualities your clients are looking for in an Expert witness. And how you can develop this in demand work.
