    Course Description

A restaurant is a special-use property that presents unique challenges to its valuation. Moreover, many valuation professionals do not fully account for the risks specific to the turbulent restaurant industry and their ramifications on real property.

Appraising Restaurants focuses on the appraisal of restaurant properties and will enable appraisers experienced in general commercial real estate valuation to explore issues unique to restaurants. Filled with case studies and real-life examples, this 7-hour program provides ample opportunities for participants to interact with the instructor and other students.
    Who Should Enroll
This program is intended for appraisers who are experienced in general commercial real estate valuation and wish to explore issues unique to restaurant properties. It is also intended to be helpful to those involved in financing, developing, designing, and investing in restaurants.
