Approved for Appraisal Institute for continuing education credit.  This class is also approved in other states live stream/synchronous.  Students licensed in other states should determine current approval and requirements prior to registering.

The program equips learners with the analytical tools and techniques necessary to perform credible and well-supported analyses for use in acquisition, lending, investment, development, and appraisal assignments involving these property types.


    Live stream/Synchronous Classroom Guidelines:

    • Students must have a computer, webcam and microphone capabilities to participate and receive continuing education credit
    • The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to interact with the instructor
    • A copy of your driver’s license must be uploaded to your AI portal.

    Student Experience: Uploading the ID

    Students now are able to upload their photo ID into the course offering itself.

    1. You will navigate to your Education and Events page under your account and select “View” on the offering you will need to upload your ID.
    2. Once inside the offering, you will then see a green button labelled “UPLOAD STATE ID”. This is where you will upload your identification.
    3. Once you click the UPLOAD STATE ID button, you will be prompted with a window to select a file from your device. Once the correct file with the photo ID is selected, you will select “UPLOAD”, followed by “SAVE”
    • You will receive a separate email from the chapter office with log-in access information.  Please contact the chapter office if you have any questions regarding the participation guidelines 


    Attendance Requirements:

    • Attendance will be monitored throughout the day
    • Students are required to hold up photo ID at roll call, if requested
    • Students are required to be visible on the virtual platform during the entire class – 100% attendance policy applies
    • Instructors will direct questions to each student in the morning and afternoon
