    Real estate data is the life blood of appraisers, but some sources have significant reporting lag and significant nuances in how their data is stored and retrievable.  

    Mr. Sheppard leads a team of commercial real estate appraisers in Atlanta, Georgia, who focus on generating and delivering the most current and reliable data for our clients.    

    This session is one of four classes being offered which can be taken individually or collectively, including 

    1. How to automate your appraisal report document
    2. How to research and deal with volumes of researched data
    3. How to employ Geographic Information Systems for visually analyzing volumes of data (Coming 11/18/2026)
