Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

2. Construct clear, effective, and context-rich prompts using the R.O.D.E.S. (Role, Objective, Details, Examples, Sense Check) framework to generate precise and relevant outputs.
3. Apply generative AI to automate and assist in core appraisal tasks, including drafting property and neighborhood descriptions, summarizing market data, and refining narrative sections of reports.
4. Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, potential bias, and compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), particularly the Ethics Rule and Competency Rule.
5. Differentiate between various AI tools in the proptech ecosystem, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), to ensure appropriate and responsible use.
6. Implement systematic AI workflows using features like dedicated conversations and project-based organization to manage appraisal assignments, ensure data integrity, and prevent context contamination.
7. Identify and redact Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and non-public data before using AI tools to maintain client confidentiality
