    Corridors represent a unique real property type that requires specialized experience and education in their appraisal and valuation, including consideration of the type and use of the corridor, and application of the appropriate appraisal methodology. This seminar will provide a baseline education for appraisers on what constitutes a corridor, and how to approach the valuation of corridors.
