        Are you looking for a way to compete with large firms with report-writing
        software that shaves hours (or days!) off of each assignment while vastly
        improving your work product and avoiding factual or logical inconsistencies?
    
        This session will cover how to implement available/built-in tools to help
        your day-to-day appraisal practice.  These skills are also a foundation to
        help you incorporate Artificial Intelligence into your practice.  You can
        even have Artificial Intelligence help you build your document automation
        processes via coding solutions for you and finding things in your reports to
        automate.
    
        Your instructor has 20+ years of experience creating document automation
        processes in his firm, including a “type it once” philosophy to make data
        work for you, as well as the ability to bring things seamlessly from your
