    This hands-on course introduces real estate appraisers to artificial intelligence tools & techniques that can immediately improve their daily workflows. Through live demonstrations & guided exercises, participants will learn to use AI assistants for report narrative drafting, market research, photo analysis and data organization — all within the bounds of USPAP compliance and professional ethics.

    Course Objectives

    By the end of this course, participants will be able to select and configure an AI platform, construct effective prompts for appraisal-specific tasks, use AI to draft report narratives and conduct market research & identify the ethical and regulatory boundaries of AI use in professional appraisal practice.
