managing AI-enabled work, and leading intentionally under pressure. The course uses
appraiser-relevant scenarios, response scripts, checklists, risk controls, and the PACE ×
STRAIN behavioral framework to connect professional judgment with the day-to-day behaviors
clients and stakeholders experience.
