The Intersection of Real Estate Appraisals, Artificial Intelligence and the Law

This program will review how appraisers are currently using Artificial Intelligence in practice, and a discussion of any potential ethical issues for both appraisers and attorneys. We will explain the general rules for evidence submission in New York generally and for tax certiorari and condemnation matters, as well as discuss AI use in connection with expert report submission.
