NCAI Connect: Using Artificial Intelligence to Manage Big Datasets in Residential Real Estate

This course is being offered in collaboration with NCAI and NC REALTORS®.

In this course, appraisers will learn how to use AI as a practical assistant in appraisal research, review, and documentation while preserving the appraiser's responsibility for the data used, assumptions made, verification, analysis, and professional judgment. The course will address how appraisers can diagnose weaknesses in valuation evidence without needing to become statisticians. The course is designed to help participants ask better questions about data, comparability, adjustments, consistency, and market support.  Participants will move beyond general curiosity about AI and toward a disciplined, defensible workflow that can be used in real appraisal and litigation-support settings.
