New Jersey Appraiser Law, Rules & Regulations

This seminar is designed to be similar to mandated PA and DE classes related to appraiser licensing. The course will provide attendees with the information needed to understand and clarify their responsibilities as licensed and certified appraisers. The course covers; history of appraiser licensing nationally and locally, NJ license types, CE requirements and audits, the complaint process, NJ state Appraisal Board procedures, the consumer complaint process and common deficiencies, misunderstood areas. There is a short Q and A period as well.
