Q4 Chapter Business Meeting & 2027 Installation Ceremony

Join the North Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute on December 10 at The Dunhill Hotel in Charlotte for our Q4 Chapter Business Meeting and 2027 Officer Installation Ceremony.

The evening will feature chapter business updates on education, finances, and government relations, including remarks from NCAI lobbyist Jon Hardister. We will also celebrate recent chapter award recipients, recognize newly designated members, and honor the outgoing officers, directors, committee chairs, and volunteers whose contributions have supported NCAI throughout 2026.

A highlight of the evening will be the installation of our 2027 officers and directors, followed by an address from incoming President Erica Butler as she shares her vision for the year ahead.

Enjoy dinner, drinks, and networking with fellow members and industry colleagues as we celebrate the chapter’s accomplishments and welcome a new year of leadership and opportunity.
