Course Description
The new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) challenges appraisers to deliver a report in a confident manner to clients with a credible analysis that meets the minimum reporting requirements of the Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs). Unlike the existing 1004 report form, the new URAR places more emphasis on supporting and reporting a thorough market analysis for the subject property. In the past, appraisers often kept the market analysis support in the workfile. Going forward, support is expected within the appraisal report.

Prerequisites

Tuition includes a downloadable set of course materials. It does not include a shipped printed set of material. You must purchase printed materials separately, during the registration process. Student material is automatically provided to ALL students via a download option. Please have your computer/reader available with the downloaded material or have a printed copy of the material with you. If you would like to receive a printed copy of the course material, you will have an option during the registration process to order a set. Students requesting printed material will be charged a material fee plus shipping in addition to the tuition. (Note that if you do not receive the material shipment in time for class, please download or print a copy of the material from the Education and Events section of your AI account.)
