used in appraisal practice
· Apply a due-diligence question set to evaluate data cleaning,
transformation, outliers, collinearity, and imputation
· Describe three levels of validation (conceptual, technical,

· Explain a practical certification workflow (submission, testing,
sensitivity/probability testing)
