    This seminar brings together experts across economics and real estate to address topics of significant relevance to today's Atlanta Area market. Domonic Purviance of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta will open with an assessment of current economic conditions and forecast trends affecting real estate. Eugene James of MarketNsight will then provide a current overview of residential market conditions in the Atlanta metro area. The session concludes with a presentation by Kevin Byrne of the University Financing Foundation (TUFF) on the Georgia Institute of Technology's strategic expansion into Midtown Atlanta, tracing the growth of Tech Square, TUFF's role in supporting Georgia Tech, and the repurposing of the historic Biltmore Hotel. Attendees will gain diverse professional perspectives on the economic and real estate forces shaping the local market.
