Course Description
The new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) challenges appraisers to deliver a report in a confident manner to clients with a credible analysis that meets the minimum reporting requirements of the Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs). The new URAR requires that support for adjustments be included directly in the appraisal report, so residential practitioners need to understand the expectations of the GSEs and underwriters around these topics.

This course will be held consecutively with the other URAR Companion Course, "Reporting Market Analysis and Better Understanding the New URAR," on the same day, March 16, 2026, with the same instructor. Students may choose to take ONE OR BOTH of these courses; there are SEPARATE fees and registration links for each course. The time breakdown for the day is as follows:

Virtual Presentation: Through ZOOM
ZOOM Participation Guidelines:
· Students will be required to download Zoom to a laptop, phone or other device with a camera, so that the instructor can see and interact with the student for the duration of the program. The platform will be live and interactive.
· Students will be required to provide a copy of their photo identification, i.e. driver’s license, to the Chapter office no later than 4:00 pm on March 13, 2026 via email.
· Only those students who provide the photo identification and “attend” the program in its entirety will receive a certificate of completion.
