Course Description
Using technology with the new UAD 3.6 is a 4-hour program that will go over how using technology can assist the appraiser in completing assignments that comply with the GSEs latest uniform appraisal dataset (UAD 3.6) requirements. The program will include identification of new or expanded UAD requirements, identification of available data sources, and readily available technology that can enable the appraiser to efficiently complete assignments. In addition, for appraisers who do not wish to adapt to new technologies, the program will cover some alternatives for the development of UAD 3.6 compliant appraisal reports with limited use of technology.
