Countdown to UAD 3.6: Will You Be Ready?

It's coming! The transition to UAD 3.6 and the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) represent the most significant change to residential appraisal reporting in decades. Effective November 2, 2026, all appraisers completing GSE lending assignments must use the new forms. 

Join us to be ready! Featuring guest subject matter experts, live demonstrations, and practical tools you can apply immediately. New sessions drop monthly and will be recorded. 

Program Snapshot:

• Dates: Seven live sessions. 
  The first session is June 30, 12-1 PM Central.
  The second session is July 28, 1-2 PM Central.
• Time: One hour duration. Times may vary.
• Format: Monthly, live online sessions (all sessions recorded if you can’t attend live)
• Access: Open to members and non-members
• No CE delays—just rapid, relevant knowledge
