Great Lakes Chapter, Region III

Beth was selected for her longstanding commitment to chapter leadership, and advocacy for residential appraisers. She serves on the Great Lakes Chapter Board, teaches Michigan law and has consistently helped identify and develop education that supports residential practitioners. Beth has also served in leadership roles on the National Association of Realtors Real Property Valuation Committee. Most recently, she testified before a Michigan Senate committee in support of legislation requiring an appraisal before certain properties under conservatorship can be sold, helping achieve an important win for both appraisers and consumer protection.
