Brad was selected for his sustained leadership within the Appraisal Institute and his service to the profession in Rhode Island. His volunteer experience includes serving as president of the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine Chapter, a Region IV representative and chair of the Rhode Island Branch Advisory Board. He has also supported advocacy related to green construction, net-zero-energy homes, solar valuation and energy-efficient financing. Beyond AI, Brad serves on local and state regulatory boards, including as vice chair of the Rhode Island Real Estate Appraisers Board.
