Grand Opening Reception
The Exhibitor Hall opens with a reception on April 13 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT in the Grand Ballroom. Hosted by the Tennessee Chapter, the reception offers attendees an early opportunity to connect with exhibitors, colleagues, and Appraisal Institute leadership.
This networking-focused reception allows you to build relationships while previewing the exhibitors and identifying conversations you may want to prioritize.
What You’ll Find in the Hall
The Exhibitor Hall reflects a broad cross-section of the appraisal profession, bringing together a curated group of organizations aligned with appraisal-specific workflows, regulatory expectations, and business realities. You will find valuation technology platforms, data and analytics providers, education partners, and industry service organizations.
As you move through the hall, you can evaluate how different tools and services function in practice. Seeing platforms demonstrated in real time and speaking directly with knowledgeable representatives provides a clearer view of how they fit into your workflow.
Appraisers are making more decisions about technology, data, and workflow than at any point in recent years. In an environment where expectations around turnaround time, data access, and report quality continue to increase, those decisions directly affect efficiency, credibility, and long-term business performance. The hall allows you to evaluate multiple options in one place and identify the tools and partners best suited to your work.
These conversations also create opportunities to exchange perspectives with industry partners, professional organizations, and service providers. They surface practical ideas, new resources, and alternative approaches to familiar challenges.
Appraisal Institute programs and initiatives will also be represented, giving you the opportunity to learn more about available resources, professional pathways, and options for continued engagement.
Sponsored Sessions and Demonstrations
Select exhibitors will offer short speaking sessions and live demonstrations. These sessions allow attendees to see how specific tools function in practice, evaluate usability, and determine whether a solution fits their workflow and warrants deeper consideration after the conference.
For attendees evaluating specific tools or services, these demonstrations provide helpful context and help prioritize follow-up conversations during time in the hall.
Planning Your Time in the Hall
The Exhibitor Hall will be open April 14 from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT and April 15 from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT in the Grand Ballroom. Setting aside dedicated time between education sessions can help you get more value from the experience.
A useful approach is to begin identifying priorities. The Opening Reception offers an opportunity to preview the hall and identify demonstrations or conversations to revisit. From there, you can focus on two to three key areas to guide your time in the hall.
As you build your conference schedule, it is also important to plan your time in the hall alongside your selected education sessions. Setting aside specific windows between sessions can help ensure you have enough time for meaningful conversations.
Attending a demonstration before visiting a booth can provide useful context and help you determine which solutions warrant deeper follow-up after the conference.
At the same time, it is worth leaving room for discovery. Some of the most valuable conversations come from unplanned stops that reveal new resources, fresh perspectives, or solutions to persistent business challenges.
You can organize your schedule and track exhibitors and sessions using the conference app. Learn more and download the app here.
Make It Part of Your Conference Experience
The Exhibitor Hall is more than a pass-through space between sessions. It is a core part of the conference experience for attendees focused on improving how they operate. Instead of scheduling separate calls and piecing together information, attendees can have side-by-side conversations, see demonstrations, and leave with a clearer short list for follow-up after the conference.
As you plan your schedule for the 2026 Annual Conference, make time for the hall. Explore the space, attend a demonstration, and connect with industry partners.
