Complete your Certified Residential Readiness Checklist
Complete your QE coursework through Appraisal Institute or submit certificates for verification if you completed them elsewhere.

Complete AI PAREA
After your Readiness Checklist is complete, you’ll be invited to register and begin the AI PAREA program!

AIERF PAREA Scholarship
The Appraisal Institute Education and Relief Foundation (AIERF) is pleased to offer a $4,500 scholarship to aspiring appraisers that can be applied toward the cost of the PAREA program registration fee. Scholarships are available for both the Licensed Residential and Certified Residential PAREA programs for eligible applicants.
