Certified General Appraiser
Because of an increasing workload, Sterling Valuation is looking to hire a Certified General appraiser. Our primary market is the Chicago area, although we also have performed appraisals in Indiana. The qualified candidate would have a strong work ethic, proficient at Word and Excel, and be able to work with deadlines. This is a salaried position commensurate with experience, benefits include expense reimbursement for appraisal classes, health insurance, year-end bonus and 401K. Work from home is possible as well.

Experience with 71B forms is a plus. Properties are located in the Chicago MSA.
This is a hybrid or fully remote position.
Compensation is based on productivity and expected to exceed $75,000/yr. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple assignments. A minimum certified residential license is required. Certified General is preferred.

Senior Analyst
The Chicago Office of Integra Realty Resources, the nation’s largest independent valuation and consulting firm with best-in-class tools and technology, is seeking a senior level analyst (commercial real estate appraiser) with the ability to complete complex appraisal assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Senior Analysts perform real estate valuations for all property types. Specific duties include analysis of complex commercial real estate and production of commercial real estate appraisal reports. Knowledge of Argus is a plus. We provide significant research support to maximize your productivity and allow you to focus on the underlying analysis. Opportunities for in-office, remote, or hybrid model.

Requirements:
