ATTENDANCE POLICY and CONTINUING EDUCATION APPROVAL:
This seminar is approved for seven (7) hours of CE by the Appraisal Institute and the states of Washington (A25006150), Idaho, and Montana (REA-CEC-REC- 16921).
100% attendance is required for credit and will be verified throughout the day. Note, it is the student's responsibility to verify his/her state(s)' approval of this live-stream synchronous offering.

Tuition includes a downloadable set of student materials. It does not include a shipped printed set of materials.
STUDENT MATERIAL:
The student manual is automatically provided to ALL students via a download option. Please have your computer/reader available with the downloaded material or have a printed copy of the material with you. If you would like to receive a printed copy of the student manual, you will have an option during the registration process to order a set. **Students requesting printed material will be charged a material fee plus shipping in addition to the course tuition. Click on "Education and Events" located on the right navigation menu.
