Conditions of the Chicago Real Estate Market 2025

Join us for the annual Conditions of the Chicago Real Estate Market.  This year's seminar will focus on general economy, office market, multi-family market, retail market, hotel market, NNN leases, industrial market and the residential market.  This year's seminar features many new speakers and many you love.

This course is approved for 7 continuing education credits in Illinois.  We have applied in Missouri, Michigan and Wisconsin.  This course is approved for 35 points with the Appraisal Institute.  CCAI is applying for MCLE, we will announce when decisions have been made on these applications.
