Seminar Description: This seminar presents a step-by-step walkthrough of the insurance appraisal process, from property inspection through final replacement cost reconciliation. The course includes a detailed discussion of ISO construction classifications, occupancy considerations, and common issues affecting insurable value conclusions.
Participants will also observe live valuation applications using CoreLogic tools, demonstrating practical methodologies, data interpretation, and real-world approaches used in developing credible insurance appraisals.
Class Schedule:
Login and Roll Call: 8:30 – 9:00 AM ET
Class Instruction: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
Lunch: 30 minutes
Please note: This class will be held by live stream /synchronous interactive classroom technology via Zoom. Students are required to have a computer, webcam and microphone. It is the student’s responsibility to have the required equipment to participate and receive continuing education credit.
