Course Description
Appraisers are experts at real estate research. Studying local markets lies at the heart of appraisal. The data gathered and the understanding of market nuances and trends are the building blocks of professionalism. This 2-hour program will provide suggestions and methods to help you use your data and market knowledge to drive more clients to your practice.
We will review the difference between marketing and selling, explain how your in-house data and your knowledge of that data is the starting point for client interactions, and suggest research and data presentation tools to engage your clients. We will explore the many sources of data available to appraisers and discuss which data you can showcase to educate your clients and other stakeholders. We will review how real estate data can be used to build presentations for clients.
Whether your business is residential, commercial, review or litigation support, this program will review routinely used data in your practice that can be shared with your clients to highlight your expertise.
