    • The Film Industry Effect – Explore how Georgia’s booming film and entertainment industry is reshaping real estate demand, from studio construction to workforce housing, and driving job creation.
    • Georgia Ports Update – Understand the latest developments in port infrastructure and logistics, and how these hubs are catalyzing growth in industrial real estate, trade, and regional economies.
    • Tariffs and Trade Impact – Examine how global trade tensions and tariff policies are affecting Georgia’s key industries and economic output, with implications for site selection and development strategy.
    • Property Tax Assessments - Learn how Georgia’s assessment and re-assessment process impacts commercial properties, how the appeal process works, and when appraisals are required.
