    Course Objectives

    Improve understanding of the complaint and allegation reporting process. Improve understanding of appraisers' obligations for record keeping and production of records upon demand by ACLB. Improve basic knowledge of most commonly encountered USPAP violations. 

    Provide meeting attendees with clarity on any appraisal-specific topics posed. Increase awareness of general appraisal issues via questions introduced by meeting attendees.
