    Course Description
    Join us to hear from Chad Koch, Administrator, and Dan Murphy, Board Investigator, of the Oregon Appraiser Certification & Licensure Board cover federal-level changes since January 2025. Changes currently proposed. Best practices, including what appraisers are doing well, the most common complaints filed against licensees. How to stay out of trouble. New Advisory Opinion #41 (April 2026)-guidance on an appraiser's responsibilities when using artificial intelligence. 
    Who Should Enroll
    All appraisers, whether they are trainees or licensed.  
    Course Objectives

    Improve understanding of the complaint and allegation reporting process. Improve understanding of appraisers' obligations for record keeping and production of records upon demand by ACLB. Improve basic knowledge of most commonly encountered USPAP violations. 

    Provide meeting attendees with clarity on any appraisal-specific topics posed. Increase awareness of general appraisal issues via questions introduced by meeting attendees.
