MISMO Announces Publication of a New Appraisal Procurement Dataset Specification

MISMO | MISMO published a new Appraisal Procurement Dataset Specification to standardize property service ordering, aligning with FHFA's UMDP and UAD 3.6 updates. It enables appraisal orders independent of legacy forms being retired by Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, using common MISMO vocabulary to reduce complexity and improve automation in the digitized valuation process.
