The Washington DC Metro Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has been serving the area since 1939. The chapter brings national education to the local area, offering a variety of qualifying, continuing and advanced education each year. The chapter also provides annual real estate and legislative updates to ensure we stay on top of regional issues affecting their practice.
Chapter representatives monitor and react to relevant legislative and regulatory initiatives sponsored by elected officials in Richmond VA, Washington DC and Annapolis MD.
