NOTE: This hotel is within 30 minutes of Manhattan. Public transportation available with Airtrain from JFK Airport or Long Island Railroad to Mineola station. There are restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
Appraisal Institute and New York State Continuing Education Credit:
APPROVED for 7.0 Hours of (1) Appraisal Institute CE and (2) NYS RE Appraiser Continuing Education credit
Course Attendance: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Credit and a course completion certificate can only be issued by attending 100% of the course.
Continuing Education: Please be advised that at this time continuing education credit has been approved by the Appraisal Institute and New York State for this offering. While the AQB has approved this seminar for 7 hours of CE, some states may have not. Please check with your state regulatory office.
(2) Registrants MUST CHECK their individual states for approval BEFORE registering for the program. Before registering for the program, registrants understand and agree that continuing education credit for this program MAY NOT be available in their state on the date of the program. The Appraisal Institute is not responsible if credit is not available for the program in individual states.
